Ingredients

  • chicken steaks - 2
  • pork steaks - 2
  • mushrooms - 3 - 4
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 1 jar
  • olives - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • potatoes - 5 - 6, baked, baby
  • ham - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • dried tomatoes - 1 handful

How to make

Season and bake the steaks and potatoes in an oven dish. In a pan, braise the onions, mushrooms and diced ham.

Add the mashed tomatoes, spices to taste and dried tomatoes.

Remove from the stove after a few min. Pour the prepared sauce over the steaks. Sprinkle with the olives and put them in the oven.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20-25 min. Serve the dish warm with a glass of quality red wine.
