If the sea snails are not cleaned from their shells, you must remove the fleshy part from the shells with a sharp knife.
Wash them and put them in a pot with water to boil for about 15 minutes, but no more, because they will become tough. If the meat is very large, you can cut it in half with a knife.
For the breading: Beat the eggs with the beer and flour into a thick paste - kind of like a more liquid cake batter.
Each piece of meat is pierced with a fork and dipped in the breadcrumbs and then placed in a pan with heated oil.
Fry them until they aquire a golden color. You can season the prepared breaded sea snails with salt, black pepper and lemon juice. They are a great appetizer, try them!
