How to make

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes, add butter and milk to make a fluffy puree. Put it in a clay pot. Sprinkle it with plenty of cheese, feta cheese and whatever other cheeses you might have. Bake in the oven.

You can sprinkle it with spices, savory and paprika! Thus prepared puree can be used to garnish steaks, meatballs, fish and others.

The amount of products are chosen according to the size of the pot you have, to cover at least 3/4 of the pot!
