Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 28 oz (800 g)
  • rice - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • carrots - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • leeks - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • raisins - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 1/5 tsp (1 g)
  • salt
  • red wine - 1/2 cup

How to make

Clean the pork tenderloin and shape it into a roll. Make an incision lengthwise and remove some of the meat. Cut the carrots into small cubes, and the onion finely. Fry the rice in hot vegetable oil, add the leeks, carrots, raisins, soya sauce and a cup of hot water.

Lightly sauté until the rice absorbs the water, add salt and 2 pinches of black pepper. Stuff the tenderloin with this. Sew the resulting roll closed with thread. Coat it with vegetable oil and sprinkle it with black pepper.

Fry the meat until browned on all sides.
