How to make
The eggplant is baked and peeled. It is cut into pieces and placed in a deep bowl, in which it will be blended.
Add sesame tahini, a garlic clove, the juice of half a lemon, olive oil and chopped parsley. It is seasoned with salt and the Arabic spice - Ras El Hanout.
All products are mashed and the delicious Baba Ganoush is ready.
