Ingredients

  • zucchini - 4
  • potatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • peas - 1 cup (250 g) fresh
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 3 heads fresh
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1/4 bunch fresh
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150) ml

How to make

All the vegetables excluding the onions are boiled, drained and pureed. Combine with the crushed onion, which has been pre-steamed in oil.

Season it with the spices and break 2 eggs over it. The parsley is chopped very finely and stirred into the mixture.

From this vegetable mixture, form balls, roll them well in flour and fry them in preheated oil.
