  • onions - 1 bunch fresh
  • dock - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Wash and cut the dock. Put the chopped onions to stew in hot oil and once soft, add the dock.

Stew for 10-odd minutes, top up with hot water, salt and simmer it for about 20 minutes.

Whisk the eggs and add them, mix and once hardened, add the crumbled feta cheese and herbs and remove it from the heat.
