How to make
Mix the cloves, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Add the honey, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Place the meat in a bowl and rub it with the fragrant mixture.
For 3 days, rub it with the spices twice a day. Then, tie the meat with strong white cotton thread to retain its shape and place it in a pot. Top it with beer, and pour in enough water to cover it. Boil it with a lid on on very low heat for 4-5 hours.
Let the meat cool, press it between two plates and place a weight on top. The next day, serve it cold, cut into thin slices.
