measures

How to make

Wash the iceberg first. Once strained from the water, chop it. Add the tofu - cut into pieces or strips.

Cut the slices of bread into small pieces, which should be for vegans. You can use stale bread or make croutons.

The Caesar salad dressing is prepared by mixing all of the ingredients. Grind them in a blender for a smoother texture.

Separate half of the Caesar sauce and pour it over the iceberg. Add the tofu and stir to mix everything.

Transfer the prepared green salad, sprinkle it with the rest of the dressing, croutons and cherry tomatoes.

The Vegetarian Caesar Salad is incredibly tasty and you will definitely like it, even if you like the original recipe with meat or anchovies.
