How to make
Sift the flour with a pinch of salt, one teaspoon of baking powder and powdered sugar in a bowl and cut the cold butter into pieces. Rub with your fingers until a crumbly mixture forms.
Add the yolks and water and form the crumbs into a smooth butter dough. Shape it into a ball and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees).
Chop or grind in a blender the walnuts and chocolate into small pieces. Mix them with the lightly beaten egg whites, honey, rum, sesame seeds, lemon juice and the other teaspoon of baking powder.
Roll out the slightly stiff dough between two layers of baking paper and place it in a tart form with a diameter of 10.2″ (26 cm) with a removable bottom, preferably. The dough should cover the walls and bottom tightly.
Pour the walnut mixture into the greased form and put the walnut tart in the preheated oven. Bake the tart for 25 minutes.
Wait for the baked walnut tart to cool and serve it.
Enjoy!
