How to make
I beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream. To them I add the yogurt along with the baking soda and the ammonia soda, the oil and then I stir.
I then sift the flour and vanilla into a deep bowl and add the egg mixture. I knead a soft dough, which I then divide into 4-5 balls.
I roll them out into a thin crust and cut them into strips. I wrap them around greased cone shaped molds - homemade from jar caps.
Bake the homemade rolls at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven onto baking paper for about 20 minutes or until they're fully baked.
I let them cool slightly and take them out of the molds. They should not be completely cold, as they are harder to remove and they break.
I make the cream by beating the eggs, flour and about 1 cup of milk. I put the other milk on the stove to boil.
I add the sugar and with constant stirring I pour the egg mixture. Stir until it thickens. Remove it from the heat and add the butter and vanilla.
Stir again until the butter melts. Fill the rolls with the warm vanilla cream and place them in a deep bowl upright until the cream has set.
They can be sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles or coconut - it's up to you.
The homemade vanilla cream rolls bring joy at home!
