Ingredients

  • flour - 2.6 lb (1.2 kg)
  • fresh yeast - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • butter - 9 oz (250 g)
  • For the cream
  • milk - 4 cups (1 L)
  • sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • vanilla pudding - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc. for spreading

How to make

Knead the dough from the specified products.

Leave it to rest for 15 min, divide into 20 balls, which should be 3.5 oz (100 g) each.

Small round rolls are formed, which are left to rise for 20 min.

Spread them with egg and bake at 340°F (170°C) for 40 min.

Prepare the vanilla cream according to the instructions on the package.

After the rolls are ready and have cooled, each one is cut slightly into 8 and filled with vanilla cream.
