How to make
Roast the chicken breasts in a pan (you can also boil them). Season them with a little salt and black pepper and leave them to cool.
In a deep salad bowl, shred the lettuce into larger pieces by hand. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
For the sauce, puree all of the products until you have a smooth mixture.
Cut the chilled chicken into pieces of the size you prefer and mix it with the tomatoes and lettuce. Season with salt (but not too much, because the sauce is also salty), olive oil and orange juice.
Drizzle the lettuce with the sauce and arrange the olives on top.
