How to make
Cut the meat into strips about 2″ (5 cm) long and along with the shrimp and broth, put them in a pot to come to a boil and let simmer for 4-5 minutes. Soak the mushrooms for 5 minutes in boiling water, then cut them and add them to the boiling mixture. Add all the other ingredients except the egg.
Allow it to come to a boil again and boil for another 1-2 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and slowly add the beaten egg, stirring constantly until you get egg white threads.
Mix 1 tablespoon of soup with the starch and 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir well. Add the resulting mixture to the soup while stirring continuously.
Put the soup to come to a boil once again for 1-2 minutes and remove it from the heat.
