Ingredients

  • fusilli - 9 oz (250 g)
  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheddar cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Put water in a pot with a drop of olive oil and boil it.

Add the fusilli and boil them for 7 minutes. Two minutes before the end of cooking, add the chopped broccoli pieces.

Strain everything together and transfer the food into a fireproof baking pan while you prepare the sauce.

Put butter in a pot to melt, over low heat, add flour and stir.

When you reach the desired density, add the mustard and milk.

Stir at all times, so that it doesn't burn.

When you pour all the milk, let it cook for 5 minutes, then add all of the grated cheeses, stir and season with salt and black pepper.

Stir until the cheeses have melted. Then pour the fusilli and broccoli with the resulting pasta sauce.

Put the pasta in the oven and bake it at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
