How to make
Slice the baguette diagonally.
Toast the bread slices and while still hot add small gorgonzola pieces on top.
The cheese softens from the heat and spreads evenly on these lovely bruscuettes.
Place a thin slice of bacon and a piece of ripe fig on top.
You can garnish with walnuts if you wish.
