Ingredients

  • ladyfingers - 1 packet (400 g)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • vanilla puding - 1 packet (40 g)
  • milk - 3 1/3 cups (700 ml)
  • sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 lump
  • for the ladyfingers
  • milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • baileys - 1 cap of liqueur

How to make

Make the pudding according to the instructions on the package along with the sugar and milk. Add the lump of butter and mix everything well. Cover it tightly with cling film and allow it to cool.

Warm up the milk for the ladyfingers slightly. Add the liqueur and stir. Cut the banana into circles. It's time to assemble the ladyfinger cake.

Use a shape with a removable bottom. Dip the ladyfingers in the milk with the liqueur and arrange one row of them. Add some cream and arrange a row of bananas on top. Arrange a second row of ladyfingers dipped in milk and put the remaining cream on top.

Put the banana cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Take it out and decorate it as you like and according to your taste.
