How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, sugar, egg, yogurt, oil, and salt. Add lukewarm water or milk to achieve a soft non sticky dough.
Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes, and form small balls with it.
Let the balls rest for 5 minutes and roll them out into rounds 0.2″ (5 mm) thick.
Grill on a hot grilling pan greased with a drizzle of olive oil.
Once cooked, brush the pita breads with the aromatic garlic butter and cover to keep them soft and warm.
