How to make
Strain the water from the tin.
Pour the chickpeas into a bowl, add the tahini and peeled garlic cloves.
Chop the parsley and add it into the bowl. Blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add the spices (the quantities are according to your taste) and mix everything. Season with salt and lemon juice.
Leave the prepared hummus in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.
Garnish it with parsley and chives. Sprinkle it with paprika.
Serve it with toasted slices of bread.
