Ingredients

  • tea biscuits - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tsp. (optional)
  • for the cream
  • confectionery cream - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cream cheese - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fresh strawberries - 1.1 lb (500 g)

How to make

Clean the strawberries from the stems and leaves and sprinkle them with sugar and mash them.

Leave them for a few hours until the sugar has melted.

Crush the tea biscuits and place them in a large bowl. Melt the butter very slightly and it add to the biscuits. Add the powdered sugar. If desired, you can add a little cocoa. Stir.

The mixture should turn into crumbs. Put it in a cake tin with a detachable ring and flatten it. With a glass with a thick bottom, press on top, in order to get a thick base.

Put the cake tin in the freezer, so that the base can set, while you prepare the cream.

In a deep bowl, beat the cooled cream into a fluffy mixture. Add the crushed feta, cream cheese and vanilla. Put 2-3 tbsp. of the strawberry mixture. Stir again.

Put the cream on the base and flatten it on top. Leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator to set.

Cut the cheesecake into pieces and when serving, garnish it with the strawberry mixture.
