How to make
Clean, wash and cut the fish into slices. Season it with salt well and leave it for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Arrange the mackerel in a baking pan and add a little water. Cut the onion into crescents and distribute it between the pieces of fish.
Drizzle the fish with the fat and sprinke it with the pepper spice mix. Bake the fish in a preheated oven until the pieces aquire a golden brown color.
When serving, add a slice of lemon to the baked fish.
