How to make
Oven - 350°F (175 degrees);
You need a cake tin with a ring, which is greased and covered with baking paper.
Peel the apples and clean them. Use a Börner slicer to slice them into thin pieces. Place them in a bowl and pour the juice of 1 lemon over them and mix them gently by hand.
Add the butter to the warm milk to melt it.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and beat everything with a mixer until nice foamy mixture is obtained. Add salt, flour and baking powder and beat again until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the milk and butter in a trickle, beat with the mixer on low speed. Add the apples and mix with a spatula.
Grease a cake tin with a ring of about 8″ (20 cm), as well as its walls and sprinkle it with a little flour.
Pour the mixture into it, distribute it evenly and smooth it out.
Bake it at 68.9″ (175 degrees) for about 40-45 minutes.
Remove the apple pie, let it cool briefly in the cake tin and then onto a wire rack.
Sprinkle it with a little powdered sugar.
Cut it into cake pieces.
The recipe is called invisible apple pie, because the layers that are obtained from the apples are not noticeable, they seem to disappear somewhere and at the same time a juicy, light and very fragrant cake is obtained.
