Ingredients

  • chicken - 17.5 oz (500 g) boneless
  • carrots - 2
  • peppers - 1 green and 1 red
  • onions - 3 heads, medium
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), smoked
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - fresh, chopped
  • butter - 1 small package
  • potatoes - 2 - 3

How to make

Smear the clay dish with butter and put it on the heat. Cut the chicken into pieces, the peppers into strips, onion and carrots - in wheels or crescents, and potatoes - thin slices, then peel them.

Put the chicken in the clay dish, stir until it fries evenly. Once ready, transfer to another container, and add the vegetables to the clay dish. Stir them and add the pre-melted butter in portions. Once tender, return the chicken to the clay dish and mix well. Add the cream and grated cheese.

Leave for another 2 minutes on the stove until the cream is evenly distributed. Serve the chicken in a clay dish sprinkled with chopped parsley.
