How to make
Put the duck leg in a saucepan of water and boil it for 30 minutes. After that, add the cauliflower and boil them together for 10 minutes.
Remove the leg and blend the cauliflower with a liquidizer. Add the peas, finely chopped carrots and green beans to the cauliflower with the water. Boil the duck soup for 5 minutes, then add the broth cube.
After 10 minutes, add the chopped celery and parsley. Boil the white duck soup with vegetables for another 5 minutes.
