How to make

To prepare this recipe, it is easiest to work with a blender, because the dough will be ready in seconds with its help.

Place all of the products in pieces in the jug of the appliance, pour the flour directly inside and run it at a maximum speed.

Pour the finished mixture onto a surface and knead a smooth dough.

If you are going to knead it by hand, you have to grate the cheese on a very fine grater, chop the bacon very finely, you can also add sesame seeds without grinding them.

Pour the flour into a bowl and cut the butter into pieces. Knead with your fingers until you have a crumbly mixture, then add everything else and knead. If your dough seems more tough, add a little milk or water.

Tear off pieces of the dough and roll them them with your palms to form long cracker sticks, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and then arrange them at a short distance in a tray lined with baking paper.

In order for the sesame to stick well, you can coat them with an egg white in advance.

Bake the cracker sticks at 360°F (180 degrees), in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes for each tray or until they aquire a golden brown color.

When you take them out of the oven, they will still be soft, but once they cool, they will harden and become crunchy.

They are so delicious and irresistible that they disappear in seconds!
