How to make
Melt the crumbled chocolate with the butter and hot strong coffee in a container in a water bath. Once you remove it from the heat, mix the sugar in. Stir until it melts and the mixture cools.
Then start adding the eggs one at a time under continuous beating with a mixer. In portions, add the sifted flour with the cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt, and between them, put spoons of yoghurt. Put the mixture into a greased and floured cake mold and put it to bake for about 1 hour in an oven preheated to 320°F (160 °C).
Let the baked chocolate cake cool and remove it from the mold. Pour on the chocolate glaze.
For the glaze, put the cream and butter to heat and mix them with the crushed chocolate. Optionally, you can add a little sugar. Pour the prepared chocolate glaze over the cooled chocolate cake. Serve pieces of it with some fruits.
