  • shiitake mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

Clean the Shiitake mushrooms without washing them and peeling them.

If they are big, cut them in half and if they are small - leave them as they are.

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms.

The hob must be on high heat, because otherwise you risk boiling instead of frying them. Add salt and black pepper.

Finely chop the parsley. Add the garlic, which also finely chopped.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir.

Keep a close eye on the mushrooms and as soon as you notice that they are ready, add the parsley mixture.

Stir once and turn off the hob and the wine appetizer is ready. Remove it from heat immediately, as the garlic may burn.

Allow the Shiitake wine appetizer to cool slightly and serve it.
