How to make
The homemade angel cake is very easy to prepare.
The mixture of egg whites, coconut shavings, sugar and water is mixed by hand.
Then gradually pour it into the whole cake form. Bake the base in a moderately heated oven for 20 minutes.
Once it cools down, the cream is made without much stirring, just add everything and mix the ingredients lightly.
Finally, add the gelatin, which I previously put first in cold water to soften and then for 30 seconds in the microwave.
The coconut cake is left to stand for a few hours in the refrigerator.
