How to make
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy.
Continue beating, add the spoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and vinegar one at a time.
Beat to soft peaks!
Sift the flour over them and very carefully mix with a spatula.
Be sure to place paper muffin molds in the muffin tin (even silicone ones) and spread the mixture into them, by filling them to the top.
Flatten and bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the vanilla cupcakes in the molds.
Beat the confectionery cream and towards the end of beating, add the powdered sugar and decorate the cupcakes.
