How to make
Beat the eggs with the milk and melted coconut oil. Add the flour, baking soda and chia and mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place a non-stick pan on the highest setting on the hob to heat up. If you do not have a non-stick pan, use a little coconut oil to grease it.
Then, using a ladle, scoop out the mixture, pour it in the middle and with slight movement spread the mixture on the surface of the whole pan. Let it bake for about 1 minute.
It takes them a little longer to bake than regular pancakes. Then carefully turn it over with a spatula or plate and bake it on the other side.
Personally, after preparing them, I drizzle them with low-calorie chocolate syrup without sugar.
