Ingredients

  • ladyfingers - 1 packet
  • strained yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pod
  • powdered sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • gelatin - 1 pc. (Dr. Oetker)
  • raspberry jelly - 1 tbsp.
  • fresh raspberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fresh blueberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

In a suitable bowl, beat the yogurt, sour cream, raspberry jelly and grated vanilla seeds. Sift the powdered sugar through a sieve and mix until you have a smooth mixture.

Dissolve the gelatin according to instructions. Add it, dissolved in a little water in a water bath and stir.

Line the surface of the dessert bowls with foil for fresh storage.

At the bottom, distribute the fruit - a little of the blueberries and 4-5 raspberries.

Alternate cream, ladyfingers and raspberries.

Place the bowls in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, so that the dairy fruit parfait can set.

Just before serving it, turn the parfait into dessert plates and arrange fresh fruit on it.

Serve the parfait with ladyfingers and chilled yogurt.
