How to make
Debone the chicken drumsticks. Season them with salt and black pepper. Fry the meat in a very heated pan. Remove them from the pan and chop them finely.
Cut the red, green and yellow peppers into thin juliennes. Stew them in the pan in which you cooked the chicken. Add finely chopped garlic clove.
Place the meat back into the pan. Add the dry spices thyme and cumin. Season with salt and black pepper. At the end, squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Prepare the sauce for the doner by mixing the yoghurt, mayonnaise, sunflower tahini and add a pinch of salt.
Place the chicken and vegetable mixture on the wraps, garnish them with the tahini sauce and serve the doner wrapped or opened up - however you like.
