How to make
Boil the pasta in salted water and drain it. In a deep bowl, pour the milk, oil, salt and citric acid. All the products must be at room temperature.
Put the immersion blender down to the bottom of the dish, turn it on and gradually pull it up to whip the mayonnaise well. Add sugar and vinegar and blend some more.
Mix the pasta with mayonnaise and crumbled feta cheese. Serve in bowls with grated feta cheese.
Optionally, you can bake everything in an oven dish for a nice crisp.
