Ingredients

  • water - 8.8 fl oz (260 ml)
  • oil - 4 tbsp. (or olive oil)
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • wholemeal flour - 14 oz (400 g) (of your choice)
  • live yeast - 0.25 oz (7 g)
  • seeds - 1 tbsp. (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp, poppy, sesame)

How to make

Add the products in the bread maker in the order of the list (water, oil, sugar, salt, flour, crushed yeast). Place the container with the mixture in the bread maker and set it up in the following way:

> the program for French bread (for me program 2 FRENCH);

> DARK color for crispy and darker crust;

> LARGE size (for me for large bread 750 g);

> press the START button;

> after the first kneading of the dough is over, add the mix of seeds.

When the bread is baked, the whole house will smell wonderful of homemade freshly baked bread! Its crust is irresistible and its combination with seeds has an incredible taste!

The best thing about the bread maker is that you can make bread with a delayed start - there is nothing better than waking up in the morning and having warm fresh bread for breakfast!
