How to make
Mix the rice flour with the corn, salt and baking powder.
Pour the mixture on the counter and make a well in the middle.
Pour the dissolved yeast, sugar and slightly warmed milk in it.
Add the vinegar, oil and egg white and knead a smooth dough - set it aside for about 40 minutes to rest.
Roll out the finished dough onto a very thin crust with a wooden rolling pin, put it in a baking pan and sprinkle it with cornstarch.
Cut it into small crackers with a shape of your choice - put them to bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C).
Allow the rice crackers for kids to cool and serve them on the table.
