How to make
Put the flour, sugar and starch in a pot. Add 5 cups (1 liter) of milk to them and mix very well with a wire whisk.
Put the pot on the stove over medium heat. Cook it for about 10-15 minutes, while stirring constantly.
During this time, grind the biscuits in a blender and then add about 2.5 oz (70 g) of melted butter to them.
Mix the mixture well and it should turn out like wet sand.
Distribute the crushed biscuits evenly at the bottom of the bowls, which we have chosen. Press them down well with a spoon or whatever is convenient for us.
Cut the white chocolate into very small pieces and place it in a pot.
When our pudding is ready, pull it away from the stove and add the remaining butter and vanilla to it. Mix it well and immediately pour the pudding into the pot with the chocolate. Wait a minute and mix very well until you get a smooth pudding.
Distribute the white chocolate pudding in the bowls, where the crushed biscuits are. Garnish them as desired with fruit and ground nuts.
Enjoy!
