Cut the watermelon and citrus and place them in a blender. Add the sugar and crushed ice and blend at maximum speed for 1 minute or more, if necessary, depending on the capabilities of your appliance.
In tall glasses pour two fingers of baking soda and pour the fruit syrup on top. Dilute by pouring more soda and serve the lemonade immediately while the drink is cold and highly carbonated.
