How to make
The carp is cleaned very well. Rub it with the lemon juice and leave it for about an hour.
The bread is cut into cubes. The raisins are soaked.
Fry the onion and add the soaked raisins and diced bread, spices and a little lemon juice. Remove it from the heat and add the beer.
The prepared stuffing is then left to stand for about half an hour, it's best to soak the bread well. Then the carp is filled with the stuffing, sewn and placed in a suitable tray.
Cut the potatoes and place them on the sides of the carp and season them with salt. Arrange a few slices of lemon on the carp. Add water and if there is any remaining lemon juice.
While baking, the juice that the stuffed carp is being baked with occasionally drizzled on top of it.
