How to make
Wash the spinach and place it into a non-stick dish with a little water. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until the spinach is tender.
In separate small bowls, arrange the finished spinach, add one egg and add the cream. Put the bowls in a water bath and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 410°F (210 °C).
Season with salt, paprika and finely chopped dill.
