Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • mushroom broth
  • heavy cream - 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • garlic
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • black pepper - by taste
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Cut the onion into small pieces and the mushrooms into crescents. The oil and olive oil are mixed, heated and the vegetables (onions and mushrooms) are stewed in them.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the stewed vegetables. Add 5 cups (1 liter) and 12 tablespoons of hot water with the broth dissolved in the water, salt, finely chopped garlic and black pepper.

The soup is boiled over low heat for 25-30 minutes and the pot is covered with its lid. The cream is mixed with 1 cup of the broth of the soup, in order to equalize the temperature and it is then added to the mushrooms.

Boil it for another 5 minutes and your mushroom soup is ready.
