measures

How to make

The oysters are washed. Open them up and the edible part is placed in one half of the shell. The juice is preserved. The shells are placed in a baking pan with sea salt.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them for 1 minute in the heated oil. Add blanched, strained from the water and chopped spinach. Add the ouzo, stir and wait for it to evaporate.

Season the spinach with salt, black pepper and seafood sauce. Sprinkle the filling with some breadcrumbs and season it with chopped parsley.

Last but not least, pour strained oyster juice over the filling.

The finished mixture is distributed onto the oysters. Bake them for 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 390°F (200 degrees), with the oven door open.
