How to make
Peel an onion and finely chop it. Peel a carrot, wash it and cut it into small cubes.
In oil (3 tablespoons) and a little water stew the chopped carrots and onions. Add the frozen corn. Stew until the vegetables remain in fat and then add the washed rice (1/2 cup).
Season with black pepper, salt, savory herb and as much parsley as you like. Stir several times and pour warm water (3 cups). Boil until the rice and vegetables are fully cooked.
Fill the roasted peppers with the prepared stuffing. Put them in a greased pan and pour a little oil.
Bake the stuffed peppers briefly in the oven until they're ready.
The lean stuffed peppers with corn and rice are very tasty.
