Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 large eggs
  • sugar - 6 oz (175 g)
  • milk - 2 fl oz (60 ml)
  • oil - 6 fl oz (190 ml)
  • flour - 7.4 oz (210 g)
  • baking powder - 1 package (10 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • lemon peel - from 1 lemon
  • salt - a pinch

How to make

Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the sugar and beat them with a mixer until a fluffy cream is obtained.

While beating the mixture, add the oil and milk, then the flour, baking powder, lemon peel and cinnamon.

Distribute the muffin mixture into paper muffin liners. Sprinkle them on top with a little granulated sugar.

Bake the muffins at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven until they're done.
