Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • green beans - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • peppers - 2, red and yellow
  • peas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • red onions - 1/2 head
  • carrots - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 2 oz (60 g) stuffed with peppers
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Boil the peas, chopped carrots and green beans until soft. Drain and transfer them into a large bowl. Add the small pieces of cauliflower florets, chopped onions, peppers and olives with peppers.

Mix together the olive oil, vinegar, crushed garlic and black pepper to make a dressing and pour it over the Hungarian salad. Toss it well.
