Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 3 cups
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder
  • vanilla - 3
  • butter - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Whip the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and vanilla.

Bake in a buttered and covered with flour tray. To make the syrup: boil the milk with the sugar and flavor with vanilla.

Pour the hot syrup over the cold syrup cake and cut it.
