Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ginger - 2 oz (60 g)
  • garam masala - 2 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • lemon juice - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Mix all the products for the preparation of the marinade in a bowl, excluding the meat.

Slightly lift the skin of the chicken thighs, place them in a large plastic bag. Add the marinade. Tie the bag and flip it over several times to cover the meat well with the marinade.

Place the bag in a container in the fridge overnight. Bake in a preheated 450°F (230 °C) oven for about 35-40 minutes while periodically turning.
