How to make
Mix the warm milk with the sugar and vanilla. Beat the eggs and add the warm milk mixture to them, while stirring continuously. Continue stirring the cream until slightly thickened.
Pour it into bowls and put to bake in a water bath in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 15 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle them with brown sugar just before removing them from the oven.
