How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into pieces. Put them right in a deep oven dish or a clay pot.
Cut the chicken into cubes and fry them briefly in a little preheated oil. Add it to the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and peppers and slice the garlic.
Optionally, pre-fry them or just add them directly to the potatoes. Sprinkle the vegetables with the crumbled broth and remaining spices. Top up with the oil and mix it.
Pour in about 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water, cover the oven dish or pot with foil and put it to bake for about 50 minutes in a warm oven.
