How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar, oil, milk and vanilla. Add the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a square cake form onto greased baking paper. The cake layer is baked at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
The chocolate syrup is prepared by mixing all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir until the butter, sugar and chocolate melt and everything is mixed very well.
The cooled cake is then cut into small cubes. Dip each cube in the chocolate syrup and roll them in the coconut shavings.
