Ingredients

  • For 30 jars of 265 g
  • serbian rosehip - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • garlic - 1 large head
  • salt - 6.3 oz (180 g)
  • vinegar - 7 cups
  • black pepper grains
  • sugar - 8.5 oz (240 g)
  • dill - 1 bunch (larger in size)
  • water

How to make

Wash the peppers.

Peel and cut the garlic (each clove into 3 or 4 pieces) and cut the dill.

Arrange the peppers in the jars, pour 5-6 grains of black pepper, 3-4 pieces of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, a large pinch of chopped dill and add water to the top.

Close the jars and store them in a dark and cool place.
